Our Rumblin' House Gin (Caribbean Spice led), White Vermouth and Rumblin' own Mauby Liqueur are combined to present the first truly CARibbean NegrONI!
TRINI-TINI
A twist on the tasty French Martini, we combine Vodka, Pineapple Juice and our sorrel (hibiscus) liqueur, shake and serve straight up.

One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four of weak, a dash of bitters and a sprinkle of spice, serve well chilled with plenty of ice
QUEENS PARK SWIZZLE
Consider this the Mojito’s Grandfather! Named for the Trinidadian hotel where it was first concocted in the 1920s, this drink combines dark rum, Rumblin’ sugar syrup with a bouquet of fresh mint, a squeeze of lime and several dashes of Angostura bitters.

A wonderfully delicious mix of Gin, Lemon Juice, Mint and our Rumblin’ Sugar Syrup topped with Ginger Beer. Refresh yourself with this one!
